What is the Lead Time for Sample?

For existing models , usually need 7-10 days to prepare the sample . For new product , it will require about  20-30 days . If need develop mold , the delivery time will be 30 days-45 days .Here are some factors that may affect sample deliveryDesign Requirements: OEM/ODM production usually requires the production of samples based on design or customization requirements provided by the customer. Design complexity, functional requirements, appearance requirements (e.g., color, material), etc. may affect the production schedule and cost.Raw Material Selection: Different types of gas stoves use different materials (e.g. stainless steel, aluminum alloy, tempered glass, etc.), and the sourcing and availability of materials directly affects the time and cost of sample production. High-quality or special materials may require longer procurement time.Production Process: The production of gas stoves involves a number of processes, such as welding, painting, and electrical connections. Different process requirements will affect the production time. For example, welding precision, complexity of component assembly, commissioning of gas piping and electrical parts, etc., all need to be strictly controlled.Mould and Tooling Development: OEM/ODM products often require customized moulds, and the design and manufacturing cycle of moulds may affect the production speed of samples. If the design is brand new, the time for mold development may be longer, especially when several modifications and tests are required.Testing and quality control: Gas cooker samples need to pass several safety and performance tests (e.g. combustion efficiency, safety, durability, etc.). These tests may lengthen the production lead time, especially if the samples do not meet the standards and need to be modified.Production Capacity and Scheduling: If the factory's production capacity is limited or other customers' orders are prioritized, this may lead to a delay in the scheduling of sample production. In addition, the factory's equipment condition, staffing, and production schedule may also affect the efficiency of sample production.Transportation and Delivery Time: Samples produced by OEM/ODM usually need to be delivered to customers through international transportation. Issues such as transportation time, logistics arrangements and customs clearance may also affect the timeliness of the final delivery.

What is your Lead Time for Batch Production?

It depends on the order quantity and the season you place the order. Usually we can ship within 15-20 days for small quantity, and about 30-45 days for large quantity. The following are some of the factors that may affect the delivery of goodsInventory of Raw Materials: Bousit products are made with 85% in-house fittings, which means that more fittings are needed to fulfill your order if you have a larger order. In the event of a shortage of fittings, the delivery date of the goods will be slightly delayed.Production Scheduling and Order Management: Batch production takes longer than normal orders, so Bousit will communicate with you in advance about the expected delivery time of your goods, and properly arrange production to ensure on-time delivery, avoiding production line scheduling conflicts and unreasonable allocation of resources.Quality Control: Regardless of the size of the order, quality control is critical. Each step in the production process may affect the final product quality, including raw material inspection, monitoring during the process, and testing of the final product. To ensure that we deliver high quality products to you, Bousit invests time in monitoring and inspecting each step of the production process.Logistics and Inventory Management: Batch production often requires the coordination of large-scale material distribution and finished goods inventory management. Bousit ensures that production runs smoothly through accurate inventory management and logistics arrangements.Regulations and Certifications: Different markets require different safety and quality standards for gas cooker products, which need to comply with various regulations and certifications (e.g. CE, CSA, ISO, etc.). Additional time and investment may be required if certification or compliance with new regulatory requirements is required prior to mass production.

Do you have a Minimum Order Quantity?

Yes, As a gas stove wholesaler, we require all international orders to have an ongoing minimum order quantity. For more details, our salesman will discuss with you once your inquiry received. The following reasons are why we need to set minimum order quantitiesProduction Cost Control: The production of gas stoves involves a number of stages and processes (e.g. raw material procurement, equipment commissioning, production line setup, labor inputs, etc.). Producing a smaller number of orders will make the production cost of individual product higher.Optimization of production planning and scheduling: As a gas stove factory, especially for OEM/ODM gas stove, production scheduling needs to be rationalized to ensure smooth and efficient production lines. A small number of orders may disrupt production scheduling and result in irrational use of production resources.Product Quality Control: In gas stove production, especially in ODM gas stove production, the product design and process are more customized. Producing a small number of orders may lead to frequent changes in the production line, reducing the stability of quality control.Customer Relationships and Market Needs: For customers, the minimum order quantity is usually to ensure the stability and timeliness of product supply, especially for unstable demand or more niche markets. If the customer's order quantity is too small, it may affect the delivery time due to the manufacturer's production schedule, raw material purchasing and other issues.
